Terms of service

1. Who you are contracting with

CopyLift is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. By using CopyLift you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Access

CopyLift is part of ToolSuite. Access is granted through your ToolSuite account, and ToolSuite’s own terms apply to that account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. We may suspend access that is being used to break these terms.

While CopyLift is in development, parts of it are open without an account. That is a temporary state, not a promise about future access.

3. Your content

What you paste is yours, and what comes back out is yours to use — we claim no ownership of either. Your inputs and results are saved to your account so you can return to them; we keep them private to you and do not use them to train models — the details are in Privacy. You are responsible for having the right to submit the content you paste.

4. AI output, and its limits

CopyLift generates text with AI models. AI output can be wrong, generic, or subtly unsuitable for your product. Scores and analyses — including the AI Detector — are indicative signals, not certified verdicts, and must not be used as the sole basis for a decision that matters.

Check before you publish. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you publish, including compliance with the rules of the marketplace you publish it on.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use CopyLift to produce deceptive, fraudulent or unlawful content.
• Do not submit content you have no right to use.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not resell the service or pass it off as your own product.

6. Availability

CopyLift is in active development and is provided “as is”. Features can change or be removed, and the service can be unavailable. We do not promise a service level while in this phase.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, lost revenue or lost data arising from your use of CopyLift, or from content you published after generating it here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the last revision, and continuing to use CopyLift after a change means you accept it. You can stop using CopyLift at any time.
