Brand

The name, the mark, the palette.

CopyLift is a ToolSuite product. If you are writing about us, this is what to use — and what not to do with it.

The name

CopyLift — one word, capital C, capital L. Not “Copylift”, not “Copy Lift”, not “COPYLIFT”. On first mention in a formal context it is CopyLift AI; after that, CopyLift is fine.

The logo

A document being lifted: the page, its folded corner, and the blue sweep rising up the right side. Two versions of one shape — dark on light, light on dark. Give it clear space on every side of at least the height of the mark, and never place it on a busy image or a colored panel.

Mark on its own

Use the mark without the wordmark where the name is already obvious or the space is tight — app icons, avatars, favicons. It holds up down to 20px.

Color

Brand

These three belong to the logo. They are not interface colors — do not paint buttons or panels with them.

Navy

#0B1D3A

The mark's tile and the “Copy” half of the wordmark.

Brand blue

#1E4DFF

The lift sweep and the “Lift” half of the wordmark.

Lift blue

#3D8BFF

The same, on dark backgrounds — the darker blue sinks into them.

Interface

The product itself is mostly neutral: near-white canvas, white cards, near-black text. Exactly one accent — a deep professional blue — reserved for actions and selection. No second accent, no gradients.

Accent

#1F5EFF

Actions, selection, data. Never as a large background.

Ink

#111827

Text and the footer surface.

Ink soft

#6B7280

Secondary text.

Canvas

#FAFBFC

Page background.

Line

#E5E7EB

Borders and dividers.

Type

Instrument Sans for the interface and body copy; Instrument Serif, in italic, for display headlines and editorial lines. Hierarchy comes from type and space — not from color.

Intelligent content. Stronger impact.

Body copy sits at a comfortable reading size with generous leading — the interface should feel calm, never dense.

Please do not

  • Recolor, rotate, stretch or add effects to the logo.
  • Use the name or mark in a way that implies partnership or endorsement.
  • Build a lookalike interface and present it as CopyLift.
  • Use the accent blue as a large background fill — it is an action color.
